Training

We have qualified staff to provide training to our clients on subjects such as Fire, Theft, Accident, Construction, Engineering, Business Intemption, Fidelity Guarantee and Transit Classes of business, principally policy cover, claims handling and loss adjustment.

Post Repair Inspection

The Company is happy to carry out post repair inspection subject to your instructions. This is necessary for reviewing claims under the Reinstatement Value Clause and in ensuring vehicles are repaired satisfactorily in accordance with the scope of repair that has been approved by our clients.

Bordereaux

We provide monthly bordereaux of outstanding claims and are happy to discuss with your claims personnel any outstanding claims with a view to resolving matters and processing the claims smoothly to conclusion.
