About Us
Malayan Adjustment Company Sdn Bhd (MAC) was established in 1959 by American International Group (AIG), and was the first insurance loss adjusting company to be incorporated in Malaysia.
In 1991 AIG facilitated a Management buy-out, which on one hand fully complied with the New Economic Policy on minimum local equity requirements and on the other hand and more importantly, instilled the strongest sense of belonging in the staff.
Now the company is 100% locally owned and managed. Over the years, the Company has developed a strong team with experience. This knowledge is paramount in enabling us to resolve all kinds of claims, including complex, high value ones, on behalf of our clients.
We are committed to planning for the future and are constantly looking to add to our experience in maintaining MAC’s tradition of professional service.
